I hold a PhD in Educational Psychology and specialize in Collaborative Leadership, Cognitive & Collaborative Conversations, BrainSpotting, and Focalizing. With over 25 years of experience, I now help others perform at their highest potential—without the burnout, force, or fragmentation.
